Meram Building employs a team approach to each project, working closely with the Owner/Developer, Architect, Engineers, and other consultants on a project as early as possible. We realize that the majority of construction savings can be generated during the earliest phases of a project. Meram Building uses cost effective architectural and engineering solutions from the outset and our highly disciplined methods are designed to assure that the owners objectives and budget are met. Since teamwork and continuity remain essential as a project moves forward, a company principal works with each project team from inception and design through the duration of the project. Once in the building phase, each project is staffed by a construction team skilled in the management of cost control and scheduling. Leading them is an experienced on site project manager who reports directly to a Meram Building principal. With this system, everyone works together and moves in the same direction. The result is not surprising: well-designed, high quality buildings which have saved our clients hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Our exceptional staff, working together as a team and supported by innovative, yet proven systems, deliver a superior level of service to our clients. As an established organization, Meram Building is comprised of experienced, highly qualified personnel, many of whom have professional degrees in architecture, engineering and construction management.
To support our other management techniques, Meram Building employs the most progressive management tools available today. This gives us maximum flexibility in design, scheduling and procurement while allowing us to meet budgets and timetables. The key to our system is accurate cost estimating from the beginning of every project. Our data banks generate detailed cost analysis and enable us to examine numerous alternatives. Throughout this process, Meram Building can be sure that an optimum blend of performance and economy in design, systems and materials will be achieved.
Our scheduling methods are equally advanced. Techniques such as the Critical Path Method assure tight project organization and quick response to any situations which may arise. We prepare overall project and construction schedules in-house on the latest Microsoft Project software. These schedules are originally prepared in the schematic design stage and are then updated on a regular basis until the project is complete. Subcontractor schedules are prepared on a weekly basis and subcontractors are obligated to perform accordingly through subcontract agreements which are tied to the overall project schedule. |
